Suspensions and Permanent Exclusions
At The Link Academy, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment where all learners can thrive. In most cases, behaviour concerns are addressed through the support and interventions set out within our Behaviour Policy. However, where serious incidents occur, or where behaviour has not improved despite appropriate support, a suspension or permanent exclusion may be considered in line with statutory guidance and relevant legislation.
